Below-grade Elastomeric Membrane System

A monolithic, liquid-applied, single component elastomeric waterproofing membrane designed for split slab construction, exterior foundation walls, planter boxes and base slab waterproofing applications. Mer-Thane 320 is designed to form an adhesive bond to the concrete substrate to provent lateral water migration between the membrane and the base slab or vertical wall while allowing for substrate movement without membrane rupture.
